Radiator Fluid?
I changed my radiator fluid to the max line, as well, filled the radiator to the top of the cap. After driving, I noticed some of the fluid in the resevoir has gone back into the radiator.
Is this normal? At times, the resevoir will be near empty. Has the fluid gone somehwere it isn't suppose to?

When changing the fluid did you remember to move the heater switch all the way to the right to open up the heater core? If not, you would have only partially filled the radiator, then it would have drawn coolant from the reservoir to make up for it. Just fill the reservoir to the max line again and you should be fine. If the radiator still isn't full it will just draw from the reservoir until it is, so try to keep an eye on the reservoir for the next couple days and keep topping it off.
If you squeeze the hoses when it's cold, you'll feel the difference whether it's liquid or air. If there's still air you'll hear it sloshing. Then you know that it's still gonna suck more back in.
The fact that it sucked fluid from the reservoir into the radiator is good. That means your radiator cap is good & the reservoir hose isn't leaking.

Yes, I moved the heater switch to the right. I followed the exact directions that was called for in the Helms manual. I filled about 4L into the radiator and topped the resevoir off.
Well, it seems like your cap and hose to the reservoir are working fine, if you don't see any leaks than it was probably just air bubbles working there way out of the system.
This thread may help, PatrickGSR94 details the steps in getting the air out of the system.

Have you found the reservoir empty more than once since you did the coolant change? Sorry if I missed that part.

There are no leaks. No, the resevoir has never been empty since I flushed and refilled the fluid. I just checked the resevoir level and it is inbetween the max and minimum line. I also just refilled it back up to the max line.

Yep. I pull the plug on the bottom of the radiator, as well the 19mm bolt on the cylinder.

Ok, as long as it doesn't happen every week or something. That is normal if it only happens once after you changed your coolant. There was probably a little bit of air or empty space, and once coolant filled it up, and you topped off the reservoir you are now good to go.

Technically you're supposed to fill up the radiator to the base of the filler neck, run the engine until it fully warms up, the thermostat opens, and the fans come on, and then you're supposed to let the car fully cool before topping off the radiator. Then after you do this you fill up the reservoir to full.
After that, when the engine warms up, you should notice the coolant level in the reservoir a little higher than it was before, and when it cools it should go back down to the level it was before.

so should you have the heater going and the car running when filling it up? or just have the car running? i usually just have the car running and the heater off to help get rid of the bubbles....

You're supposed to fill it up to the top of the radiator, set the slider to full hot, then let the car warm up to normal operating temp. Don't have the blower going because that will help evacuate heat from the engine and it won't warm up as fast. My car took forever to heat up, even w/o the blower going. I think it must have sat idling for 30 minutes before the thermostat opened and the fan finally kicked on.
After that, you're supposed to shut the car off, let it cool, top off the radiator again (I added another 1/2 gallon of coolant-water mix), fill up the reservoir, and then start the car AND run the blower on full speed at full hot, and check for leaks.
