Quiet muffla?

Default Quiet muffla?

I'm running a stock b18b... and next season i hope to go b00st.. so right now i'm going more for looks.. i want to get a nice muffler.. but keep it quiet.. should i run new piping to the muffler for the future? and what muffler should i get to preserve quiteness and minimal rice whine...

Try 2.5 custom pipes with a RS-R ex mag muffler, and a itr header... Should sound nice!

very good recommendation considering you'll be boosting later on. Quiet exhausts have been covered at least once or twice a week on here. I'd recommend using the search function first to find whatever your looking for or have questions about.

and why the Rs-R how is it comparable to the greddy sp? and is the mugen twin loop a good idea.. ? price/cost/looks?

If you are going to boost I wouldn't reccomend the twin loop. I have one and love it however I am NA. The twin loops are not good for boosted set ups. And since you are planning on boosting I wouldn't recomend getting any headers since you will have to buy a turbo manifold anyway. There is no since in wasting money. Just get the 2.5 and run it to a good turbo/na muffler. I dont know anything about turbo's so I dont know what muffler to tell you to get. But as far as NA set ups go I would highly reccomend the twin loop. I love it.

i got a DC world sport on my gs-r and its pretty quiet, and it sounds nice. im about too boost mine in a few weeks. and ill let you know how it sounds and how it holds up with teh boost.
