Quick!! WTF to do? Buying an engine swap

Quick!! WTF to do? Buying an engine swap
I am buying a JDM B16 XSi Engine swap from HMO.
I want the YS1 LSD Cable Tranny. Well they dont have any in stock. They got a shipment in today, and thought they would have one. But no. So he said they may have on in next friday's shipment.
So what do I do?
Do I wait a week and hopefully they get one in next week, or just go ahead and order today and save $300 and no LSD
???????
There is no promise they will be in next week either. So what do I do? do I keep waiting? i dont want to wait till next friday, and they still dont have one. But then if I order next friday, knowing my luck, they will get one in the Friday after that.
So what should I do?
I want LSD so bad, and it is such a better transmission with LSD.

if this is a swap you need soon, I say go without it. I AM NOT TRYING TO BAD TALK HMO, but I called for six weeks waiting for a DOHC ZC swap, and I heard the "call next week" every time. I just received it last week and it is flawless though, good company

How much total is going to cost? http://attarco.com/ call these guys and see how much it'll cost cause they may have everything you need in stock.

Nothing. I just sold the engine and tranny last night.

HMO wants $2300 shipped to a residential addy with lift gate.

Ya that is what he said monday. and that is what he said today. Cal back, call back, F**K call back..
and yes this is my daily driver. I dont need it asap, but i would like it. by next weekend. 1 week is ok.. 2 weeks.. is pushing it..
