I have a 94 gsr and i been having this problem for a while i got the car this year. and sometimes when i start the car it takes a while for it start up and when it does start up it has a sluggish start i have already change the spark plugs, cap and rotor,wires and new battery... my question is how do i know if it is the distributor or the starter that is going bad... and if that is the problem...

 

if it was the starter it wouldn't turn over kind of hard to dignoise over email check the gap on the plugs change your fuel filter and pvc as well. The engine is having a hard time trying to pull fuel through a dirty filter
