Default Quick question, hopefully a quick answer...

What is the difference if any between the 99 GSR and 00 GSR's to make the part numbers for all the exhausts different? Are the bends different or is it a hanger issue or what? Thanks!

Nope, if you have a 00 GSR you need to use a 94-01 Non-VTEC exhaust, or an ITR exhaust. The 94-99 are the oddball size vs. the rest because of the different header length (hanger and bend wise they are the same, so a muffler shop just needs to cut a little off and replace the flange to make a 94-99 gsr exhaust fit onto a 00-01 gsr, 97-98/00-01 ITR, or 94-01 LS).
