Default QUICK question...changing headlights...

is it necessary to jack up the car to remove my front bumper considering im lowered 2.5 in the front 1.75 in the rear and what are the best steps to take and what tools do i need. my new headlights seems to just need to have the bulbs plugged in and the 4 wires to be attached (2 red, 2 white) the search isnt working for me right now. thanks again.

almost sounds like you're wanting to change out USDM headlights. Yes...you will need to remove your front bumper ( even if you had the JDM front end, you'd still need to remove the front bumper ). As for the tools....I usually have my tool chest with me so I can go look for them as I need them.

are you talking about the wires for your turn signals??? Because....I don't think you need to wire anything in. The sockets ( if I'm not mistaken ) should transfer over for your bumper lights and headlights. If they don't, you can take your time and splice em together one wire at a time and sodder up the joints to give it a more better connection.

yea I dont get it, i just spent about an hour and a half taking off my bumper and putting on the headlights myself at 11:30 in the morning and now my hood doesnt close properly. theyre angel eyes dual projector headlights and the halos dont work right now so im thinking the halos have to do with the 4 wires out of each headlight that are just hanging there..,.hopefully team integra has something to help me with

ummm.....I'm not even sure if I'm calling these things correctly....but they're blue....and you clip them onto the wire you want to splice into. Nvm....they're called low voltage tap ins that LOOK like this: . But they're usually blue and have a part on there where you plug in a spade or female end crimp connector. You can find them in autozone, kragen, advanced auto, etc etc. Just ask one of the people there...they'll know what you're talking about. Wire accordingly and if possible.....sodder!
