Default quick question about rolling shell...

hey ok so im selling my 99 integra just the shell...so the kids father is gonna come pick it up with a towing bar not a tow dolly...hes asking doesnt it need axles for it to be able to roll and the wheels and bearings wont fall off...So im thinking it doesnt need axles cause the only way hes going to get axles in if there was a motor but its just a shell. I know he wont be able to steer it but just asking as long as the wheels and rotor and everything is on tight nothings gonna fall off right?

right, you can steer it as well. axles don't have anything to do with steering.
