I currently have a ls turbo, and i was thinking about picking up a gsr head for 200 so do you think this is bang for its buck. i also have a skunk 2 intake manifold. would it fit on the gsr head. what kind of power gains do you think i would get from this? I need to buy a conversion kit for the head? how many hours you think it would take to install at a shop. A shop in arlington qouted me 6 hours in stall and he charges 70 an hour.... and im pretty sure i need a retune after this

 

yes the skunk2 manifold will fit the GSR if its made for a GSR...

I dont know the details from your swap but people have seen 50+ whp increases from adding a vtec head... Yes you will need a conversion kit... $420 to have it installed isnt that bad...

And yes you will need a retune...
