hey guys, for some reason the sensor for the hatch on my 98 gsr keeps turning on the hatch open light on my gauges but the hatch is fully closed. can you guys tell me where the sensor is located, cause i cant find it. thanks

 

iirc, it's in the latch. You'll have to pull out the center panel in the trunk to get to it.

 

theres no way of getting to it so i can play with it and try to fix it. if someone has a helms manual can you scan a picture or diagram or something of the rear locking mechanism and the sensor. thanks
