quick question about front bumper

Default quick question about front bumper

will a broken passenger side mount tab cause my front bumper to sag at all? will there be any problems with this? im getting a new bumper and it has a broken mount tab, just wanna know if id be waisting my time and money if i were to actually purchase this, thanks for the help!

looks like this... if it is going to be a problem could a body shop fix it? because im going to get some body work done, paint and touch up the bumper, remove my spoiler and stuff. please answer original question.

if thats the only tab i dont think it would cause any problems...i actually think that tab is broken on both sides of my bumper and mine looks fine

Use a large diameter washer. I had a Legend with all of the tabs broken and just put washers on it. You can gorilla glue them on if you're that worried.

thanks ill be taking my car to a body shop in the near future so ill just have them fix the mount, and if they dont i'll use a washer.

dont use glue or xtra large washers lol. hondas no longer need to be ghettoIzed. I say get it done right, if you ave the money.

-- i never said i knew tons on body shop work, just alittle. There is many ways like the one above to fix that problem correctly. And im pretty sure a good body shop can come up with some more. k thx

Wow. You can buy plastic weld at Autozone. You swear like taking it to the body shop is the only way to get it done. I guess people who do swaps themselves are "ghettoizing" their cars too?

If it can't be seen, then it ain't ghetto IMHO

I have zip ties holding the front edges of my 94 fender liners to my 98+ bumper since they don't match up. You can't tell unless you're underneath the car so no big deal.
