I'd check the VIN if you know how to do the VIN breakdown on the integras, if not, go to google and look it up.
Most LS's don't have leather seats, that's one indication.
Go check the motor and see if its' the B18C1.
Check the tach, and see if it's redline is at 8200 or something less. GS-R's are the higher redline.
Those are basic quick check differences. I'd still get the VIN and carfax it.
You could also check the door sticker normally inside the driver's doorjam? I believe.
