Not sure how it goes in CA, but here there was no difference between a normally titled and salvage titled. I had liability only, and was paying about $60 a month with a speeding ticket and oone at-fault accident. This was on a '91 GS, through a local agent that went through Progressive.

They significantly dropped my rates when my record was cleared and I hit 24 yrs old. Still liability, but I am only paying $21 a month on my Prelude.

The only real answers you'll get is from an insurance agent or company. Look in that big yellow book for some, and call them. Or use the on-line compamies for quotes.

That's my "Quick answer" to your quick question.

I can tell you NOT to use any online places for insurance. This is a bad idea, and they quoted me about $200 per year more than I got from a local agent. This might be different in each situation, but I always got a better rate from being upfront with my agent.

Of course, this may vary by region, but I guarantee that I could not beat $21 a month through ANY online insurer.
