whats a quieter muffler, n1 or fireball?

but i can assure you.. N1 sounds much better than stupid fireball (depends on the brand though~ if N1 is ghetto brand.. by the end they might all sound the same)

 

i was just wondering what style sounds quieter. i have herd n1 is deeper

 

i have a fireball...well did, its currently sitting in my garage awaiting a new home....

i used to love it, nice deep sound at low rpm but when you get on the gas it really would open up and get louder. I got sick of the louder exhausts so i switched to a world sport.

Depends on what motor.. I've heard both on LSs and GSRs.

On the GSR, they were both loud, the n1 probably being slightly louder than the 5zigen. On the LS motor, I don't really know why, the n1 was pretty loud, but the fireball was pretty damn quiet. I had a full 5zigen fireball catback on my b18b del sol, and it was quality. Looked good, nice low sound that did not sound obnoxious at all at high RPMs. Never got any looks from the local police.

They can both be quiet if you use the silencer

 

ya, i already have the cat back pipes but i am just looking for a muffler.. what is a good quiet sounding muffler, magnaflow? i have 2.5in pipeing and right now im not runnig a mufffler just a resonator, its so loud and anoyiong at high rpm, that buzzzzing sound, ahhhh, so i wnat a deep quiet muffler.
