ok i have a gsr tanabe cat back exaust aem cai headers and then short shifter suspension ect . but my question is if i bought a adj. fuel pressure reg and adjust it up a little higher then stock willi benefit at all or will i be dumping too much fuell

 

Are you just trying to make sure your fuel effeciency is maximized for your mods?

If so, wouldn't resetting the ECU correct for those automatically?

 

i dont know but yes i just want to boost up the fuel a little bit

 

theres no need to mess with the fuel right now with your current mods

 

get a VAFC and get it dyno tuned
