Quick Question

I just got a 4door 94 integ LS with 160k just wondering how much HP are they normally suppose to pull. . . . cause im about to rebuild the engine and do not have a dyno to use

~140 stock. probably a little less since it's higher mileage.

Friend said if i put in someJDM p30 pistons,piston rings, and water pump car would feel like new true or is there more to it?
