Default Quick ignition Question..

ok quick question I got a 1990 Integra ls...I am unable to drive it because the key will no longer turn in the ignition.....it will unlock the door, but will not start the car....is there a way to break the ignition off or...I heard mabey soak it in kerosene? what I really need to know is how to move it quickly...I dont care if this involves breaking the ignition and starting it with a screwdriver...cuz its on someones property and I need it off..thanks in advanced

Hammer a nice sized screw driver into there untill it turns. Thats probably the easiest/quickest way if you dont care about the ignition.

Bypass the ignition switch and hotwire it.

I don't mean to be a jerk, but lets not teach every ******* and his brother how to steal a honda on this site. You really don't know why a noob is asking how to bypass the ignition switch, and I know I would feel like a douche bag if I inadvertently taught some guy how to steal a car.

Notice I didn't give explicit instructions on how to hotwire a car. Why? Because I was using sarcasm that reflects the absurdity of this post. How to jam a screwdriver into your ignition sounds like a rather shady question to me.

get a nice flathead and look for some clips or little screws around the igniton where the key goes..bang around it breaking away around the key part when your done the little key part should fall out and then inside you will see a slot you can use a flathead and start it...
