Quick ECU# ?
I currently have an OBD1 JDM B18C SiR motor w/ECU# 37850-P72-013.
I know P72: 96-00 OBD-2 GSR & I know that the VTPS is disabled within the ecu's JDM OBD2 programming, as well as the crank sensor and 2nd 02 sensor. And I'm pretty sure there is a speed governor, but is there a way to tell by the ECU# if it's JDM?

not 100% sure, but the jdm p72's might be smaller like the iTR/CTR/00+ ecu's, compared to the typical usdm ecu. Also, your ecu ends w/ p72-013? The usdm p72 usually ends with 37820-p72-A0* (* being whatever number 1,2,3,etc)
very easy answer.
USDM ecus have A01, a02, a03, a04. this dictates the revision (year), the higher the number the newer the ecu.
JDM ecus always end in 013, 023, etc... no letter.
P72 is for GSR, P73 for type r and P75, LS, etc...
the first set of numbers is the Honda Part#.
Finally there are two sizes that I know of, older one make by Dashiken( or something like that) newer one 00, and 01 are smaller and made by Keihin.
