I have a 95 integra gsr and I just bought a compression tester. The question I have is that, it says that you should:
"remove the high tension lead from the center of the distributor and connect to ground as shown above. To disable electronic ignition systems, diconnect the electronic ignitionmodule or remove the primary battery terminal from the ignition coil."
Now my questions is does this have to be done since the spark plug wires are already removed from the spark plugs? And if it does have to be done how would i go about doing it?

You can remove the ECU fuse.
You must disable the ignition system, because if you don't, the coil will be throwing a huge amount of current thru the plug wires, with no where to discharge.
Normally this current will discharge at the spark plugs, but once the plugs are removed, it has no where to go. I have seen pictures where the distributor itself is melted because the charge has to go somewhere. Coils and ignitors can also be damaged.
Do a search on compression test. It will give all the details.

Also make sure to disconnect your fuel injector plugs so you are not flooding you cylinders.
And yes disconnect the two plugs from your dizzy and also make sure the throttle body is wide open when cranking engine to let air into the cylinders.

Don't know I always disconnect the dizzy and fuel injectors that way I know nothing will go wrong.
Takes what 2 minutes to disconnect those?
