Default Question on fuel kill switch

After reading this https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=1 I still have a question.
First off it says there are only 2 wires, well mine has 3, blue black and yellow. Could the blue be ground??? In the above thread it says to use a 3amp switfch, but in another thread it says use a 20 amp switch. with these wires being so small I have a hard time believeing that they support 20 amps. I have a 10amp switch in right now, but if i need to upgrade to 20 i still can.

Only wire you need to cut should be the yellow one with green stripe. (assuming your at the right harness)

Dunno about the amperage deal (20 sounds pertty excessive), I just got a heavy duty looking switch at radio shack, been fine for 2+ years
