That happens when the special beveled washer that fits on the beveled part of the shock piston is left off during the install. Jeez man how long have you been riding like this?
I have been riding around like this for a while , how much do you guys it should cost to get it repair and what exactly do i need to get repaired?

Nothing should need repairing, unless riding on it like that has damaged anything. Probably nothing is damaged, it just feels like the shock is blown because basically the shock isn't doing anything to dampen the spring's motion on that side (the car is supported by the spring, but the shock isn't compressing and decompressing to dampen the motion of the spring).
The problem is that it's missing that special washer, and it just needs to be installed. If you don't have it, I'm sure you can get one from a dealer, retail price is only 81 pennies. It's #15 in this pic:

*edit* just to clarify, that washer keeps the shock compressed when the spring, shock, and top mount are all installed together. Without the washer, the shock is free to decompress even when the weight of the car is on the suspension.

Patrick thanks alot , I owe you one..great help
If you ran for president I would def. vote for you.
I also had another quick question. Struts are bascially like stock shocks right?
Edit: I remember they were used to be strange squeaking noises coming from the back tires , was it because of this?

Struts and shocks are 2 different things. Shocks only dampen the suspension's movement, while struts like MacPherson struts serve as both the damper, upper control arm, and on the front they also pivot with the steering, so there are no upright spindles like on Honda suspensions.
I went to the shop today and they said that they replaced some washer and some other stuff on the suspension. They said that it popped out because my rear swar bar bolt is not in place and it moves and makes contact with the shock. They charged me about $90.
Got it fixed for 90 eh? At least you saved yourself some money from buying another suspension setup...
Btw, do you feel a difference with it fixed now?

Sorry I think you got taken on this one. Even if the swaybar was disconnected and hitting the shock (not sure if that could even happen or not), it would NOT make that washer come off. That washer is pretty thick metal, and if it's on there, it's on there, and it's not coming off. Yours was left off during the install. There's no way it could have come off otherwise. What other stuff did they replace that warranted the $90?
BTW with a lift and air tools, I could have replaced that washer in about 15 minutes, 20 tops. Hope they didn't get you too much on labor charges.
*edit* was this the same shop that installed your suspension? If so,
on them because they screwed up the install and then charged you to fix it.
*edit 2* dang I just looked at your pics again, looks like the upper shock mount bushings on both sides are installed incorrectly.
