question..
1. Anyone know how to remove the rear seats?
2.Would taking off my stock exhaust end be good for my car or bad?... one of my friend did it with his gsr j/w if it would be safe

there is a good write up on team-integra.net in regards to removing your rear seats. it is relatively straight forward.
As for the exhuast, i'm not quite sure what you are sayin, but i interpretted it that you are considering removing the axle back muffler entirely? that is not a good idea... and is a ticket waiting to happen... I would suggest you save up some money instead and purchase yourself a full catback exhuast. and please don't ask "what exhaust should i get" because that topic has been covered to death.. and some of the more impatient members on the board will flame you like crazy. haha... hth.. peace.

there's nothing wrong with taking out the back axle muffler, it wont do any harm to it besides leaving you with black tar underneath your car due to high reving and exhuast right next to your wheel, i think. i used to do that in the back in the days when i didnt have money to purchase an exhuast but wanted something loud. now i got an rsr exhuast and its perfect tone. silent power.
correct me if im wrong but when i took off the back axle muffler, it seems like regular low rpm driving, i feel like i was losing power due to not having any back pressure, but at times when i rev high, it seems like low end sucks but high end kicks alot harder and feels like it flows more easily without the muffler there. i dotn know, maybe its just my MIND POWER crap.
