im about to do a whole skunk 2 setup like pro series valve springs , cam shafts, cam gears, and titanium retainers and toda pistons , will i need to bore my engine? and im running a b18c block and b16 head

 

if their oversized pistons than yes you need to bore it

 

the guy said their 81mm is that stock?

 

yeah thats the stock size...but why waste all that money on pistons those are very expensive if you havent noticed.

 

stick w/ jdm itr pistons with the gsr head its about 11:5:1 comp and w/ the b16 head its a bit lower, you will need to at least hone the block for the new pistons and rings, the cams are gonna depend on your set up! intake,header,exaust, ect.. sk2 stg 2 or sk2 pro1's would be a good cam with that comp. I have a new pair of pro1's if your interested good luck!
