it's not hard, just time consuming. I say to leave yourself a good amount of time, say, at least a weekend to pull it. Once that's done, however, I bet you can put it back on in an afternoon if you remember all of the wiring and vacuum line routing.

the sequences really do help, but when I pulled my head I didnd't realize you aren't supposed to totally remove all the headbolts at once, becuase it can help cause warpage, the manual really has alot of helpful tips that sometimes even common sense dosent' help with
honestly it's not that hard at all, even a hack mechanic can do it, but pay attention to everything and putting it back together will be alot easier if you're giong to do that part yourself also
