Default Pulling dents?

The larger dents that are in cars. How do you pull those if you cant pound them out with a hammer? I know someone was telling me about drilling into the body and using screws and pulling those?

Its not very easy. There is a tool called a dent puller. You should be able to find it at any auto parts store for a few bucks. You drill a hole in the middle of the dent and stick it in. Pull out while tapping with a rubber mallet in a circle around the dent. Move very slowly. If you go too fast, it will just pop back. After that you still need to bondo the hole and whatever of the dent did not come out. You might also want to consider putting something behind the dent to make sure it stays out. Then sand the bondo until it is flush with the body and begin painting. Sometimes you might need to do multiple layers of bondo. This whole process is a bitch and wont look as good as a body shop. Good luck.

there's a place (i've never tried it) called Dent Wizard

they use like a suction cup and "suck" so to speak the dent out and make it flush...

i know a couple people that have done it, i couldnt tell there was a dent there ebfore, and they said it was like 30 bucks or something like that

dings are too small . for a suction to work, the suction cup is aroudn .. 8 inch in diameter, dent pro's can get rid of dings though, they gotta take apart the inteior and use little dolly's and needles n all that to make it how it used to .. looks nkice afterwards and cheaper than body shop

I would like to know what to use to pull 3 dents out of my driverside door. The dents aren't very deep at all, i was going to post a pic of them but they don't even show up in the pic. They are just deep enough to disrupt the mirror reflection in the paint job. No creases. If i bought a suction cup deal do u think that would do the trick? I was quoted $850 to pull them out and have that side of the car blended. I just can't see paying that when it looks like i could push it right out from the other side of the door.

before you waste any money read this

Someone hit my car with a shopping cart, and the est. was 1,000. I kept the money and bought the ding king from advanced auto parts, you put hot glue on a suction cup and place it on your car. They you twist down on it and it pops it out. It didnt bring it to perfection but it was about 98%. it only cost about 20$, got to keep the rest.....
