pull engine to clean, paint etc.. what else do ?

pull engine to clean, paint etc.. what else do ?
if i pull my engine just going to do so to clean everything before starts painting. What else should i do while the engine is pulled?

i was thinking about it. but it seems like WAY to much work to my knowledge. i was thinking maybe semi tuck. but i look at it and its just to crazy. so MANY wires NO idea where to put them all. abs also....
