Default Prothane Rear mount

Alright, Is there much of a difference in the Prothane Rear mount, compared to the ES insert? i know the prothane is a complete mount. but is it worth it?

It's stiffer and more solid. If you sat in a car with full solid engine mounts and another with full engine mount inserts, you would know the difference.
