I was planning on droping my car a little lower than it already is and i was just wondering.. how could i protect my headers from getting scraped at the bottem?

Right now im running Hytech replicas and it seems like they hang a little low it scares me... I was thinking of welding a shield underneath like the type Rs but i wouldn't know where to go to get that.

Any advice would be appreciated

Re: Protecting headers
skid plate???? just a random idea, but get a piece of 1/8"plate and sheet metal. bend the sheet around the header, then some small welds to the header and then weld it good to the plate.

I dunno if its a good idea but its what i got just off hand.
