I have a 92 gs-r with the stock b17...she just rolled over to 200k and recently when going over 4500 rpms my tach has been bouncing around and not smoothly goin to redline....so im not sure what the problem is but i think has something to do with the oil pressure or oil level....someone help please

Sounds like a connection problem. The sensor might be goin' bad, or a power problem.
