Default Problems dropping my car!!!

I want to do it but i just called the dealer and asked if it would void the warranty and they said it would void any warranty that had to do with suspension,so tires, rims, breaks, camber, alignment. <---thats what he said. What should i do just go around for the rest of my warranty with a stock car??? Give me some opinions and options please??? thx

Wellif you want to spend a lot of money to lower you car properly then do it. I would do it since I'm a car guy.

Then think about whether you:

Want to ride a lowerd car that handles and looks awesome

or

Have a stock ride height car.

Yes i c but what are the downsides about losing the warranty. I mean what could be the most expensive thing i might need to have done after not having the waranty on the suspension.

When you need to take your car in for warranty issues, raise it back up if it's worth it...

not like warranty really covers much in the way of tires, alignment, brakes, etc...those are all wear and tear items. I say don't worry about it. Make sure you get your suspension done professionally, get an alignment. If it's too low, get a camber kit.

are cars are made to last, i figure by the time anything goes wrong our warranty's will be gone anyway. what was it 4 years or 50k miles whatever comes first?

lets just put it this way.. I bought my car brand new off the lot w/ like 7 miles on the odometer and w/in a month I had it lowered, changed the stereo and speakers, and added some other things... I now have over 100K and the only problems I encountered was the windows/run channels, and an SRS problem.... they can only void the affected items of the mod and they must prove that the mod let to its failure...

there is not much to be warrantied in terms of the brake, tires, wheels, suspension, etc.. their just going to say that their wear items and that they wore out (not covered by warranty anyway)... I had my car lowered since it was new and haven't had any problems w/ it at all... so if you wanna lower your car go ahead and do it now.. just get an alignment when your done and make sure your toe is in spec and you should be ok and have no bad tire wear... my cars dropped 2" on Koni yellows and Eibach sportlines ...

i haven't had a problem w/ my cars suspension or anything in all the years I've had it and the tires on my rims don't wear bad or unevenly... I have negative camber but I keep my toe in check when I get my alignment done...

warranty won't voer alignment, tires, etc.

tehy'll cover stuf like shocks and springs if they fail. which they won't on a stock car.

never count on the warranty for anything that wasn't made for mods
