i think the whistling sound is just increased airflow, moving at a faster rate? i have a similar sound on my prelude and im running an Injen intake on it. same thing with my V2 AEM intake on my teg. if its abnormal, then were both F-ed.

its the air hitting a sharp object, (i think the throttle plate) the new intake just made the whistle audible because ur getting more airflow...anyway its cool

If you install a Skunk2 intake manifold, an intake for an ITR would fit better than your GSR intake.
