Problem when shifting

Hey guys, when I shifts from 3rd to 4th on my 2000 integra ls, it makes sort of a "Wooshing" noise. I don't know if this is either from the transmission or gearbox. If its one of those, how can I fix it?

Ideally, you would take it to a tranny specialist and get a professional diagnosis.
