Default problem with teg

ok so i was driving down the road when all of a sudden I hear a loud noise like a tire deflating. I pulled over and thought it was my tire but noticed that there was steam coming from beneath the hood. I pop the hood and see water dripping but i couldnt find the source. I start my car back up to check the gauges. The oil pressure is alright and the check engine light is off but my AC doesnt work. I think one of the hoses from the radiator sprung a leak or something. Help me out please!!

sounds like one of your A/C lines blew. The water you saw was most likely freon. The A/C system is pretty high presure and that was the loud pop. Over time the rubber part of the lines deteriorate and become week, then eventually pop. With out seeing the car I wouldn't be able to tell you what line to look for. A local shop should be able to tell you better by looking at the car. I hope this helps.
