i have a 98 integra, i flushed my radiator today (it had about 80% water), and filled it with 50/50 coolant/anti freeze, so i turn the car on drove off, and the temp. went higher than a quarter, like close to half. and when i only had water it would take a damn long time to warm up and never made it past a quarter, i told my friend and he told me that my car has to on when putting coolant so that there wont be any air bubbles inside, the thing is that my fan wont go on either
stupid fuse keeps blowing (but that's another problem
). so he told me that i have to bleed the coolant, but he couldn't find the thing to bleed it

You add coolant to fill the radiator, fire up the engine to circulate it, and keep adding until it's full. There is a bleeder on top of the outlet the upper radiator hose attaches to.
newer motors dont have the bleeder, i have a 97
best thing to do is what the guy stated above, fill coolant, run car w/out cap, fill if necessary, and wait for the fan to come on.
if you fan doesnt turn on then =X
