problem: need help really bad. 1st gear makes my car jump
my integra is fucked up, everytime i shift it to 1st gear my car jumps like a couple of times, feels like its about to stall but then it goes. i dont really know y it keeps doing it and i kinda need help fixing this problem.

no, just stop then dump it into first, and when i take off it hops like i have some strong *** cams, but running stock cams.
I think it might be the clutch or tranny.
