Default problem with ctr cams

Two weeks ago, I installed CTR cams in my B16A first generation swapped in my 1991 integra. The problem is when the V-TEC engage at 4800 rpm you only hear the AEM scream but nothing happens. I really think it's a fuel problem because my air fuel gauge doesn't go in the "rich" like before. I try fuel preesure reg, cam gear and modified ECU who gives more fuel. Can I do something with this?

you need more fuel and to raise the vtec x-over......i just put them in my gsr and raised the vtec point to 5.2k and raised my fuel pressure.........TypeC on this board has had these cams in his ls/vtec setup, type r motor, and 97 gsr motor and the cams bogged in everyone.......the main problem was the vtec x-over more than the fuel

It is your x-over point. It's way too low. You should not engage vtec too low on those cams only a few hundred rpm difference from stock x-over is needed otherwise u will have a big gap in power and actually lose power when u hit vtec. The easiest way to find out the best x-over point is on a dyno. But at least bump up your vtec x-over to around 5300-5500rpm.

cheers
