After I deleted my abs my calipers would stick after I drive it for a bit...I installed all new SS lines, RS master cylinder, 40/40 proportioning valve. The only thing I didn't switch was the brake booster off a RS. Could the booster cause clearance issues from the push rod and the master cylinder maybe causing it to stay on when it shouldn't? I don't want to switch boosters since I powder coated mine, but if I have to get an RS booster then I will.
I deleted abs also but still use my original brake booster and master cylinder. Haven't had any problems thus far and its been several years.
If you don't have the vacuum line connected, that could be a problem. I'd hook that up and see if you still have an issue. Plus you could be having a problem using a non-abs master cylinder with an abs booster...but I have no idea on that.

It's true. If you switch to a non-abs master, you need a non-abs booster. I just used my abs master and flared the line. You could put your abs master back and do that, or change to the non-abs booster.
