problem with 3rd gear on DA

problem with 3rd gear on DA
when shifting into 3rd gear. It sometimes grinds just a lil when i shift it into 3rd. Is that a sign that 3rd gear is going out?
What should be replaced to fix this problem?

Ok, YES, it's a problem and YES you will have to have the trans rebuilt. I take it it's a LS? Another thing...PLEASE search....seriously.
