PROBLEM!
Alright guys, same problem again but better explanation. I have this problem for some time now. Im driving normally, normal shifting at 3 RPM. When i accelerate after hitting clutch, my car stutters for a few seconds and then goes. It has never happen to me before. Im thinking it is my clutch or tranny but im not sure. Anyone have this problem before?
try shifting higher than 3 rpm... maybe like 3000 RPM or more
haha
you could have clogged injectors or something that is keeping your butterflys from opening properly

I do believe this is a clutch problem, do you have a hard time getting in 1st gear or reverse... If so, then I do believe it maybe clutch related, if not it maybe the syncros in your transmission...
When you're shifting at normal, but Mostly higher rpms, Will it rev at all when in gear and just letting the clutch out?
And then grab a second or two later ?
I know thats pretty much what you said, but to get a better idea of it.

Ok, first when i put in 1st gear and accelerate forward, its fine. But when i am shifting to second gear: clutch and release, accel forward(no clutch, just acceleratin)it stutters for few seconds and then goes normally. Happens to me in third gear too when shifting to fourth. Doesn't happen in fourth gear going 5th. Just happens to me in between going from 1 to 2nd gear and 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th gear. I don't know if this helps.
The clutch would have more tendency to slip at higher rpms,
not really sure since it's at lower rpms.
Either way, I'm sure it's still going to be something to do with the clutch/trans.

check your air filter first of all, might be dirty as hell, second, could be your fuel injectors (pour some fuel injector cleaner stuff and put in 91 octance this time if you dont usually) third, you might just need a tune up (spark plugs, wires, etc....)
Also check your ignition for any wire nicks etc, and if you have the bolt on the clutch pedal set too low it can cause this. I learned that myself after having adjusting mine, and it did this, so i backed it off a lil bit and it works just fine.
