The price difference will be quite large. I usually see the 97-98 R's going anywhere from 13k - 18k, depending on mileage/condition. What's the mileage on your RS? Even if it is reasonably low, I can't imagine the car going for more than 9k or so. ITR's hold their resale value VERY well. I've seen people with 00-01 R's getting almost as much as they paid for them with moderate mileage.

I hope you have a garage and a good alarm system (watch dog would be good aswell)

Chances are it'll get stolen

planned on the alarm system, i got a garage, and i got two dogs, so i seem pretty set dont i? the other thing is, im going to be heading to college in late 2005 so the car'll be with me wherever i go, that's if i even get the new car before college, it's nice to make plans ahead of time and assess it, but sticking with the plans is always bad with me, except in getting my Integra wanted that car for 2 years

parking it in the garage takes care of it when your home.

But you still have to worry when you go places. Its a shitty feeling when you constantly have to think about theft. Just make sure your set about that before you go spending all the money. Integra's get stolen on a regular basis. You can see a ton of theft threads every week and thats not even including all the tegs out there who are not a member on H-T. Its sad to think about it, but some people are jealous and deserve to shot.

On the other hand, its a great car and you'll be very happy with it. Just make sure your careful and do what you can to steer yourself away from any chance to get your ride stolen.

goodluck with your choice
