Are all the casting on B16 head PR3 or does TYPE R shares the same casting? I have a head here and the casting on there says it's a 98, but the casting also says PR3 I'm just wondering if the TYPE R shares the very same casting. It's been ported but that doesn't mean that it's actually a Type R. My guess is that it had been imported here and it's a B16 head. please someone help me out. thanks in advance

 

all b16/b17/itr heads are stamped pr3. they are the exact same casting. only the itr head has a slight valve job.
