Default Power Steering Fluid

I changed my power steering fluid today. The old fluid was pretty brown and dirty. The new fluid I poured in looked almost clear.

After a few hours of driving, I noticed the fluid was rather dark. Is that normal for the fluid to get that dark? It certainly isn't as clear as when I put it in earlier today.

How do you go about changing the PS fluid? Did you flush the whole system?

likely a sign of seals going bad if it's dark in color.

the fluid should turn milky if it's getting air in it.

I would drive on it for a couple weeks and see what happens to the color...post pics up here to get a final answer.

i would say it is just the dirt that was stuck in the system coming out in the new fluid i would flush it again and you should be fine just make sure to use honda oem fluid or one made for honda power steering systems
