it might run low 14s but then its goin to blow up, stock internals is a bad idea, cant rev past 7000 the rod bolts will stretch causing a rod bearing to spin. get some arp rod bolts and you are runing a ITR oil pump right? if not i wouldnt even drive the car.

yeah i think your set-up will hit low 14''s for sure.
About the exhaust....... correct me if i am wrong, but i thought all exhaust are measured outter diameter. I own a spoon N1 and it measures 2.5". My friend owns one and his measures 2.36". I think they made a revision on the exhaust mainly in the flange, and they must have changed the exhaust pipping size. I know the spoon b-pipe is 2.36 however.

you could run it...but arrange a tow truck for after your car implodes. stock internals on a ls block cant handle that. plus, with that chipped p28, one, and i mean one, misshift and BOOM. chipped ecus dont have rev limiters, so unless you are going to drive it safely, which won't happen becuase you want to run low 14's, which means youd be shifting hard. i wouldnt suggest it, the amount of money spent repairing will outweigh any fun....do it right the first time
ya true... but to answer the previous question it has a ITR water pump and ITR oil pump. and to answer the question earlier it has a brand new valves and valve springs and ARP Head Studs and Rod Bolts. And I dont take it past 7,500 until I get the valvetrain done up.

i would say its perfectly fine to rev an lsvtec on stock internals to 7500. its not like honda would build their engines to rev to the virge of blowing. a little more won't hurt it. past that, you're taking your chances. ive been taking mine to 7500 regularly for nearly a year and a half, with no problems, sometimes even 8k.
i definitely think you can be in the 14s with that setup.

there we go again with the ls rods thing
**** my 8.5k rev limit should of bent my rods long ago.
