I used a white primer then I used some black krinkle paint to match the valve cover. Match perfect if you follow the directions. Got it at Walmart I think. Wish they made red for my R

YOu don't even need high temp paint. THat plastic does not get that hot. Had that same piece painted for over 2 years and it looks the same with no flaws.

1. Sand it down
2. 2 coats of primer (plastic primer is better)
3. 4 thin coats of base color
4. 3 coats of clear coat
It will look good forever
You dont want it looking ghetto hehe
