I went today to buy an alternator for my 99 integra GSR and come to find out that the plug from the wiring harness doesnt fit. I believe I may have an obd1 alternator plug which wont fit the obd2 alternator. Please could someone tell me as to how I could make the wiring on the obd1 connector work with the obd2 alternator? Please I need this asap. Thank you

How about you take the alternator back, and get the right one!

 

I would take it back, rigging those 2 harness's together in some ghetto fashion, is something I couldn't recommend.

 

thats not the right alternator, all integras have the same alternator!! and plug
