I am building my bottom block and wanted to know which pistons have a high enough compression ratio for my setup

gsr motor
skunk vs
sk2 cams stg2/cam gears
arp head bolts... wanted to get high enought compression.

ctr pistons would make my motor at 11:3? i want a 12:1 what do u reccomend? any suggestions?

The CTRs will give you the highest CR of the OEM pistons. If you want higher, you're going to have to look into custom, forged pistons. JE, CP, Arias <---I have no experience with any of these, those are just the brands I could think of off the top of my head.

 

Here's what i got, I had a set of skunk2 st2, 12.5-1 arias pistons, eagle rods and I guess the compression was great, but i think the valves came down too low.
i took the motor out and rebuilt it for turbo. Brought the head in to get port & polish and recut valve seats and valves and i had 4 bent valves and pistons had 4 round groves (pistons not too bad). thats what i think about going high compression with skunk2's. ran great though. If you do that make sure you switch out the valve stem seals also. Might burn oil because valves do come down a little far.

 

ctr pistons with a mugen head gasket should get you real close. Thats what I was going to do, but ended up selling those parts last week.
