Well, there is the cat...

Header---->Cat----->"Exhaust"

Header------>Cat----->B pipe-----> Exhaust (axle back)

It's going to be a straight bolt on.... just be careful of bottoming out the car with DC headers

OK smart guy, if you want to get technical... (edit: )

Exhaust manifold---->A-pipe---->Cat---->B-pipe---->Axleback piping---->Muffler

I figured by putting "exhaust" in quotes he'd get the idea

Since everyone is getting technical... anyone know where the term header came from? I've always called it exhaust manifold til i ran into hondas and the plethora of owners calling them headers!

You mean to tell me that you didn't know that the piping in between the exhaust manifold and exhaust was called a catalytic converter!!!!!!!!!!!

it was a term used a little prior to muscle cars days refering to the group of pipes that come from the "head."

Is that not exactly what I said?

Im locking this for the sole reason that this is retarded Now he knows the answer, we dont need everyone chiming in and going "actually, the a-pipe goes to the collector which goes to the cat inlet...yada yada"

He gets it.
