Performance Options...?
Hello everyone,
new to this board.. I have recently purchased a 1999 Integra GSR, it is pretty well stock and he only poped on a K&N filter...
I am looking to have this car able to be street driven while still being able to kick some serious @!#! when it comes to speed and overall performance.
I have about $35k to spend on this Integra over the course of 3 or so months... So I was wondering what types of upgrades I should get?
-Turbo?
-NOS?
-Replacing specific engine parts with more performance oriented aftermarket products?
- Type of suspension
-Size of injectors.. fuel managment system (what brand)
that kinda stuff....
I have already got a local company doing a custom interior and they will be putting on a Wings West bodykit (unless I can find something better) and redoing the paint job, still have'nt figured out what color to go with.
But it is the performance aspect I want to get some feedback on...
Thanks all, any assistance would be appriciated

if i had 35K -
i would build up the internals to handle a ton of boost and turbo the hell out of it
then a nice Mugen JDM kit painted Championship white or Phoenix Yellow
CF hood
Racing Hart rims for show
Mugen MF8's for daily driving
Recaro seats with a custom interior
damn if i had 35K i dont think i would have my teg... but possibilities are endless for you!!!
Good luck

my PO box is 20470 b.p.o way, new brunswick NJmy suggestion would be spend 20g on your car, and then send the rest to me cause spending 35g on a car would be insane...can i just go shoppin with you to see what it feels like to spend that much in 3 months...
Jeez...you have $35K to spend AFTER you purchase the car? If so....why did you get an Integra? With $35K the possiblities are endless. You can make like an 8 second car easily. Haha.
I'd sell it and get a nice car because $15K into the buildup, you'll realize how much nice driving a Lexus/BMW, etc are.

Maybe he meant $3500, its seems ridiculous that someone would buy a used car and then spend 35k afterwards on it. If you really do have 35k to spend, then sell the teg and buy a EVO VII or a supra or something thats going to be fast straight out of the box!
