PCV question lsvtec
vtec will not engage in my car in 4th and 5th gear. i get the code 41 vtec oil pressure. I was looking around and noticed, then some time ago, but have yet to do anything. I noticed that there was a hose coming from the top of of my PCV (the black box) on the back of my block, This box had a hose that was just unhooked... under the intake manifold..
And i noticed today when i was looking around somemore. that the vacume hose from the top of the intake manifold, that run between the 2-3 primary runners and goes to some sort of plug thing.. has a hose coming out the bottom of it, but it was disconnect too..
This car has ran fine for over a year like this.
Would this be the cause of no vtec in 4th and 5th gear?!
