Default passenger side window sluggish?

i got my car right at the beginning of winter so i never really used the windows that much, but now that i am, im noticing that my passenger side window is much much slower than my driver side. when i put them both up at the same time, my driver side will finish about 5 seconds before my passenger side does. and the other day my passenger side didnt work at all, and i thought it died, but then realized the master switch was turned off any ideas to why one windows slower?
