my check engine light just came on after installing a new front o2 sensor on my 2001 acura a week ago. the pcm has determined that the catalyst system efficiency for the first bank 1 is below threshold for the current engine operating conditions.( bank one identifies the location of cylinder #1, while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the oppisite side) now this means i need a new cat right? and if it does can anyone reccomend a brand of cat converter to get?
